DETAILS: 1 By the Sea is an adorable 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom Seagrove Beach cottage that sleeps 14. Guests will love the private pool, 4 adult bikes, a playroom with a foosball table, and easy access to multiple dune walkovers.
An open living, dining, and kitchen area with hardwood floors provide ample space to unwind and catch up after a long, fun-filled day of playing at the beach. A queen sleeper sofa faces a wall-mounted TV and a dining table that seats 6-8 with bench seating. A cozy window seat is a nice place to curl up with a glass of wine or a book while food is being prepared in a kitchen with granite countertops and a breakfast bar that seats 3. Behind the kitchen, a door reveals a fabulous playroom with a comfy sofa, a bookcase filled with paperbacks and games, a TV, and a fun foosball table. A bunk room off the playroom has a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a private bathroom with a shower. A guest bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower. Doors open to a beautiful fenced-in yard with a large pool, gas grill, Adirondack chairs, and views of swaying palm trees.
On the second floor, a primary and guest bedroom opens to a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool. Guests in the primary bedroom will enjoy a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, a twin-over-queen bunk bed, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Guests staying at 1 By the Sea have options for beach access. The closest beach access is the Beachwood Villas Beach Access. Follow Sand Dollar Court west to Somerset Bridge Road and head south on Somerset Bridge Road. Cross Scenic 30A to reach the walkover. Please note, there is limited public beach access, and beach service is not offered. A larger access is the Santa Clara regional beach access. Walk south on Somerset Bridge Road to Scenic 30A. Turn right onto 30A. Parking for the access is on both the south and north of 30A. Beach chair service, bonfires, parking, and restrooms are available at this access. A booking deposit of $1000/hunter is required to set dates, but will be applied to the hunter's final hunting total at the conclusion of their safari. Additional Hunters are $800 for the week, but do not receive the trophy credit. Additional Observers are $1000 which covers them for the entire week. Hunt must be used within five years from the date of purchase. All Hunters will be enrolled in our Fighting Famine Safari program through IGY6 Veterans Benefit, a US based 501(c)(3) to earn a tax deduction for all of the meat generated by their safari. A travel insurance policy is recommended for this or any other international adventure. Tax deductions are based on the person, not the couple or hunting party.
