Bobby Ross won the National Championship at Georgia Tech in 1990. Bobby Dodd was elected to the College Football Hall of Fame as a player and coach, something that only three people have accomplished. John Heisman was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame as a coach in 1954. The Heisman Trophy, awarded annually to the season's most outstanding college football player, is named for him.
