General Information

• All wood products require 15 business days for production. Production time will fluctuate throughout the year due to incoming orders. This does not include the shipping time to client.
• Production time of 15 business days will begin following proof approval.
• All framing products require 15-20 business days for production.
• Ceramic, crystal and pewter trophies require a 3-4 week lead time.
• Soft good products such as headcovers, flags, valuable pouches and shoe bags have a 4 week lead time.

• Rush orders must be approved before submission and depend on items availability.
• 10 day rush fee: $100 min or 15% fee of the orders total (dependent on greater value)
• 5 day rush fee: $100 min or 20% fee of the orders total (dependent on greater value)
• A cancellation fee of 25% will be applied if cancelled within 3 weeks of in hands date.

Please note that due to the nature of wood and grain, all wood products can vary from piece to piece. While we make every attempt possible to create consistent quality, slight variations does not constitute defects, free replacements or refunds.

• Vector – .ai, .eps, .dxf, or .cdr. files, and/or high resolution JPEG’s is needed. Logos can be redrawn for a small art fee depending on complexity.
• Please provide detailed instructions regarding the size, color, logo placement, plaque verbiage, and frame type/colors.

• A PDF proof will be provided at no additional charge.
• Proofs are generated to ensure spelling, colors, size(s) of products, logo size and placement are correct.
• Proofs with more than two revisions will be subject to an art fee of $50 with a $25 charge for every additional revision.
• When the order is placed, orders must have the correct shipping address.

• All orders are subject to product availability and this may result in varying lead times from initial in hands date.
• Product prices and specifications in this catalog are subject to change without prior notice.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information submitted for orders.
